Log Saunas

The sauna is the heart of a country home — a place to wash and unwind after a hard week's work. We build every tradition, from the classic smoke sauna to a modern hot tub.

Smoke sauna

A traditional sauna where the smoke from heating isn't vented out through a chimney — the heater stones sit above the firebox and smoke fills the room before bathing. Heating takes longer, since all the heat for one session has to be stored in the stones at once.

Finnish sauna

Hot, dry air at 65–95°C, with brief bursts of steam from throwing water on the stones. Meant for longer, more relaxed sessions.

Russian sauna ("Banya")

A large wood-fired sauna stove, pre-heated and holding its heat for a long time — enough water is thrown on it to create thick clouds of steam.

Hot tub

A Japanese tradition — a wooden or log tub 150–250 cm across, for 3–8 people, usable all year round on any level ground.
